Universal health Care

This Discussion is about Health care in the USA.
We are we the only country that doesn't have Universal health care .All the politician in this country say that Universal Health care will not work .Now in most European country's they have Universal health care for instance France has Universal Health care and if this form of Health care doesn't work then tell me why is France on the top of the list on the country that has the best health care system in the world .Can any on tell me why this type of health care will not work here if it work's so will in France .Please reply on this issue

New York City Police Department

Today i want to talk about the New York Police .The other day i was in the city on 61St and 5ave and i saw a police officer give a women a ticket for being on her cell phone while she was driving. Then on my way home i saw a police officer on his cell phone driving in a marked car and i would like to know what can we as citizens of New York do about the police officer's that brake the law's that they are suppose to uphold .If you have any comments about this issue feel free to reply thank you

What's going on in New York

This is a Discussion on some of the law's in my state .The other day i was watching the news and i saw that the police busted a gambling ring in china town.So if gambling is illegal in New York so can some one explain to me what is power ball ,lotto and mega millions in my eye's this is a form of gambling , but since Albany makes the law's in this state does it mean that they can brake them.I would love to hear any comments on this issue

What's going on with this country

I have worked all my life and just got laid off from my job i am 50 years old and i am having a hard time finding a job at my age .The jobs that i do find don't pay much to survive on working on minimum wage is ridiculous you can not live off this now i turned to the government to help me in my time of need like unemployment and that is even worst .Job's are scarce here in the U.S.A . Now this discussion is about how our government is spending our tax dollars .I see that our government spend it in a foolish way like for instance i hear all the time in the news how this government does not have any money to help it's citizens like creating new jobs for us so we can live .Now this is the big question why is it that our government can't find the money to help out it's own citizens but it could find plenty of money to go to war .If our government can find money to kill people why is it that they can't find money to help people. Our government has spent over 2 billion dollars over in Iraq why is it that they  can't use that money to help us out in our time of need . I would love a response to this question so maybe i can understand why this is happening thank you .
